Case Study Overview
IGN, the world’s largest and most influential gaming and entertainment media brand, wanted to create a fan-first, multi-day, in-person event in Los Angeles that allowed fans to interact and celebrate gaming and pop-culture as a community. The experience features exclusive reveals and first looks, live panels with developers, publishers, and entertainment talent, hands-on game and product demos, arcade and experiential activations, and official merch.
ADVNCR was hired to help bring the first ever IGN Live to life from concept to reality. We touched nearly every aspect of the event, from hiring and overseeing the full live production and technical crew, hiring the event supporting staff including security, to working closely with the IGN team of producers to run all the panel room activations as well as some of the main floor content.
